Founded in 1982, Fairfield Network of Executive Women (FNEW) is dedicated to providing professional development and networking opportunities to its members. Our mission is to share knowledge, exchange ideas and provide support to women in business.
Sharon is a Marketing Strategist where she helps provide services that business owners and CEO’s need in today’s virtual world that will not only help them get more exposure online but bring in more leads.
Sharon is very passionate and detailed about what she does and dedicates the time to get to know each and every one of her clients. She is an active member of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce and Gold Coast BNI, and currently sits on the board of Network of Executive Women in Milford, CT and Post University Marketing Committee.
In her spare time, she writes business interviews for Gold Coast Connect, and spending time with her boyfriend and her dog Danny.
Being her own boss has also afforded her the opportunity to also explore her other passion for entrepreneurship and helping others succeed. Through her web-based business, she’s able to connect customers and health professionals with cutting edge wellness, beauty, children’s care, home-care products and more. She also is able to teach people how to save and earn money by purchasing their everyday items at their favorite name brand stores online in a unique and simple way while creating an annuity for themselves for things they are already doing every day.
Michele enjoys traveling (obviously), dancing, golfing, art, games, being active, networking, and animals.
She has spent the last 2 years as our program director, bringing in some wonderful speakers for the last few years. This year, she will be our VP, helping coordinate this new team of directors and providing a supporting role.
Monica is a trained strategic thinker with a creative mindset in developing tactical programs/projects that strengthen company growth and generate profitability. She excels in solving complex problems and managing projects to completion within stressed timelines.
Monica is a new member of FNEW and we’re happy to have her.
Judith founded New Career Ventures to assist clients at all stages of their careers from new graduates, mid-career professionals to retired executives returning to the workforce. Judith has been a great mentor to all of us and we are so happy to have her continue her services to FNEW.
Upon graduating from college, Jeanine laid down roots in San Francisco and focused on making a difference relative to inner-city education and public policy through thousands of hours of volunteer work.
Jeanine attended Prudential’s Real Estate School where she’s helped her clients understand the supply and demand, buying angles, laws, and the overall process of buying fine homes.
Liane lives in Redding with her significant other and teenage daughter and likes to ski and craft in her spare time.
Prior to Melaleuca, she worked for a pharmaceutical company for 17 years and before that worked in television production. Her professional experience includes sales training, national event planning, marketing and product/brand management. Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. in Leadership and Business Management from Sacred Heart University.
Fran has an extensive track record in finance, as well as proven business management skills and problem-solving ability.
