Ian Kennedy, President of The Schegg Group will be giving a wonderful lecture to our group about some popular career topics. Having been in the career industry for decades, Ian has come up with what he likes to call a “Hot Topic List.”

About Ian Kennedy: Ian brings broad business perspective to his work as both a Career Transition and an Executive Performance coach. His career has speeded accomplishments in general management, customer service, operations, sales, marketing and accounting, in large companies and start ups, both here and abroad.
Prior to joining The Schegg Group, Ian was CEO of Australian Skandia, Ltd., in Sydney, Australia. Before that he was a Senior Vice President at American Skandia, Inc. He was Vice President and head of Customer Service for the U.S. division of Sun Life of Canada.
Ian’s work building high-performance organizations is feature in three management books: Market Ownership, The Art & Science of Becoming #1, by Leslie Yerkes and Lead like an Entrepreneur, by Dr. Neal Thornberry.
Ian has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelors degree from Concordia University. He is qualified in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and is certified to teach The Organization Workshop, developed by Barry Oshry, Power and Systems, Inc.
